It&#8217;s the often case when traded ticker codes change. The most known change for the past several months is <a href=\"https:\/\/investor.fb.com\/investor-news\/press-release-details\/2022\/Meta-Platforms-Inc.-to-Change-Ticker-Symbol-to-META-on-June-9\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FB (Facebook) to META (Meta Platforms)<\/a>, and in general, there are much more ticker changes, according to our observations, there are around 30-40 ticker changes on average per month. And there are a lot of reasons for it: company name change (Facebook to Meta Platforms), mergers and acquisitions, and many others.
