Signal structure
Each signal provides a bracket with key trading details:
- Expected movement: The forecasted direction (e.g., Bearish).
- Bracket details:
- Direction: Buy or Sell.
- Entry price: The suggested price to enter the trade.
- Profit Taking: The level at which profits should be taken.
- Stop Loss: The level at which to exit to limit losses.
- Deadline: The time frame for the trade (e.g., 14 periods for hourly signals means 14 hours).
Deadline
The deadline is based on the signal frequency and can be set to 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, or
14 periods. For example:
- A 1-hour signal with a deadline of 14 periods means the deadline is 14 hours.
- A daily signal with a deadline of 7 periods means the deadline is 7 days.
Profit factor
Profit Factor is a performance metric that measures the ratio between gross profits and gross losses of a trading strategy. A profit factor greater than 1 indicates that the strategy generates more profits than losses. For example, a profit factor of 1.5 means that for every $1 lost, the strategy earns $1.50 in profit. This metric helps evaluate the overall efficiency of a trading system.
