The Financial segment offers mobile payments and other electronic payment services; payment processing services comprising credit cards, electronic money, and QR codes; and online securities trading service for smartphones. The company also engages in the planning and production of digital media and content. The company was formerly known as SoftBank Mobile Corp. and changed its name to SoftBank Corp. in May 2015. SoftBank Corp. was incorporated in 1986 and is based in Tokyo, Japan.
