In addition, it engages in the installation of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems in buildings; installation of indoor water supply, waste water, and fire-fighting systems; design, start-up, and commissioning of indoor utility systems; wholesale of construction materials, such as stoneware and glazed tiles for indoor and outdoor applications; real estate preparation, rental, and sale activities; and production of aluminium profile systems, and aluminium framed windows and doors. The company was incorporated in 1957 and is based in Panevezys, Lithuania.
